When you need tech support, you can just send a message and an answer will be sent to you within a day or two, often the same day. Next week that won't be the case, because we're taking the week off (August 24th through the 31st) — after all, everybody can use a break now and then. Support will resume normally starting in September. Until then, I hope the sun keeps shining in your world.
